How can I return a product?
Something went wrong with your order? No problem! The return process is very easy and FREE in the own stores in UK and Greece
How long do I have to return a product?
You have the possibility to return any product within 30 days from the delivery date of your order and be refunded for the full price of the returned items.
*During Black Friday and Christmas time returns are extended until 31st January 2024.
1. Log into your account, go to your orders, select the order and article you wish to return. If you placed the order as a guest, you will need to request the return here.
2. Select how you want to return the product. There are several options:
A. Return at a delivery point through the parcel companies available in your country. You can leave the order at the most convenient point of those offered by operating companies. Cost: € 3.90
To proceed with the return you must enter your customer account, or in the tracking details of your order if you did it as a guest (you will find the details in the confirmation email) and select the product (s) and the reason (s). Once done, the available options will be displayed. Once selected and confirmed, you will receive the label attached to your email address used to place the order. If you do not receive the label please contact Customer Service. Please check your SPAM folder before contacting us.
B. Return to the shop. This service is free of charge for these stores.
You must go with the product to one of the shops that offers this service and show the electronic ticket that we sent you by email and that you can download from your personal account. You can take the printed e-ticket with you or show it on the screen of your mobile device.
The refund for your return will be made via the same payment method you used for your purchase.
*In case of returns in a physical store, they will only be accepted if the products have been purchased in the same country.
*If you come from Greece, Cyprus, Malta or Poland and you want to return your products, please contact our Customer Service area.
We pick up your return at home or wherever you choose.
Returned products must have all of their original tags, cannot be washed or altered in any way, and must be returned in their original packaging. It is mandatory to complete the return process in your account (see section "How to request a refund" for more details).
• For hygienic reasons, we will only accept return of swimwear unworn and with the hygiene strip.
