I haven’t received my return label

  • First, please check your spam/junk folder.

    If you still can’t find it, you can reprint your return label by following these steps:

    1. Click the link.
    2. Enter your order number and add _RET0 at the end.
    3. Enter your delivery postcode.
    4. Click “Track”.
    5. Click the print icon to print your label.
    6. You can also find the tracking information for your return.

    (In the same page, click on icon Tracking icon to track your return.)

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

  • If your item is defective, start a return as usual and select “Defective Product” as the reason. You can upload a photo of the issue, and our quality team will inspect the item upon arrival. Shipping fees will only be refunded if a quality issue is confirmed.

    If you have received a defective product, please contact our Customer Service team so we can help you as soon as possible.

    We will ask you for some details about the issue and, if possible, photos so we can manage it more quickly.
