How can I make a return?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items easily.

You have 30 daysfrom the delivery date to make a return.

Hygiene and return condition information:items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the protective label is intact and still in place.

Return options:
- Return at a CTT point:
  Return fee: €4.50
  
  This amount will be deducted from your refund.
- CTT home pick-up:
  We will send a carrier to collect your return.
  
  Return fee: €7.00
  
  This amount will be deducted from your refund.
To start your return online:

Go to our returns section.

Enter your order number and email address.

Follow the instructions to complete your return request.

Drop off your parcel at a CTT point or request a home pick-up.

If it’s not in your spam folder, log in to your account, cancel the current return request, and start a new one: the system will then generate a new label.
