How can I make a return?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.

Hygiene and return conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be unworn and returned with the protective hygiene strip fully intact.

Return option and cost

• Drop-off return at the bpost or UPS point shown on your return label: €4.90.

This amount will be deducted from your refund.

How to start your return online

1. Go to our returns section.
2. Enter the requested order details.
3. Download and print your return label.
4. Take your parcel to the bpost or UPS drop-off point shown on the label.

I haven’t received my return label. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find the label, you can print it again through the returns portal:

1. Enter your order number and add _RET0 at the end.
2. Enter the postcode of your delivery address.
3. Click Track.
4. Select the print icon to print your return label.
