When is free shipping available?

Shipping is free on orders over 40 € for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands excluding the Canary Islands.

With Click & Collect, store pickup is always free in selected stores.

In the Canary Islands, free shipping is currently not available.

We also launch occasional free shipping promotions, which we share on the website and by e-mail.

Important information:

During special shipping promotions, for example shipping for 1 € or 2 €, the shipping cost is fixed and the minimum order amount for free shipping does not apply.
