How can I make a return?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items easily.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to make a return.
Hygiene and return condition information: items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the protective label is intact and still in place.

- Correos (no need to print a label): €3.90
- Celeritas (label required): €3.90

Home collection:
Request a pick-up from your home: €6.50
To start your return online:
- Go to our returns section.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Download and print the return label.
- Drop off your parcel or request a collection.
Didn’t receive your return label?
If it’s not in your spam folder, log in to your account, cancel the current return request, and start a new one: the system will then generate a new label.
