How can I track my order?

You can track your havaianas order in several ways:

• Shipping confirmation email:

  Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with the carrier’s tracking link.

• Carrier notifications:

  You can also follow your shipment through the emails sent directly by the carrier.

• From your havaianas account:

  If you have an account, go to My account > My orders to check your order status.
