How can I make a return?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Hygiene and return conditions: items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene strip is intact and still attached.

The return methods and costs available may vary depending on the delivery country. You will see the options for your order when you start the online process.

To start your return:
1. Go to the returns section.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Follow the instructions and choose one of the available return methods.

I haven’t received my return label

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the label, open the return tracking page, enter your order number followed by _RET0 and your delivery postcode, then select the print icon.
