How can I track my order?

You can track your havaianas order in several ways:

• Shipping confirmation email: once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the carrier’s tracking link.
• Carrier notifications: you can also follow the shipment through the emails sent directly by the carrier.
• With an account: go to My account > My orders to check the status.
• Without an account: enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
