We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item.

Return Options & Costs

  • Free returns in-store.
  • Drop-off return service: A return handling fee of £4.90 will be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
  • Returns typically take 7–9 days to reach our warehouse.

  • * Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be unworn and returned with the hygiene strip intact.

  • ** All returns must be submitted through our online process. Returns sent any other way may be declined.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 7–15 business days to your original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is processed.
  • In-store returns are only allowed for purchases made in the same country.

I haven’t received my return label

  • First, please check your spam/junk folder.

    If you still can’t find it, you can reprint your return label by following these steps:

    1. Click the link.
    2. Enter your order number and add _RET0 at the end (example: GB12112023-004149914_RET0).
    3. Enter your delivery postcode.
    4. Click “Track”.
    5. Click the print icon to print your label.
    6. You can also find the tracking information for your return.
    7. (In the same page, click on icon Tracking icon to track your return.)

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

  • If your item is defective, start a return as usual and select “Defective Product” as the reason. You can upload a photo of the issue, and our Customer Service team will review it and tell you what to do next.
