How long do I have to return a product?

Something went wrong with your order? No problem! The return process is very easy and free in the own stores.

You have the possibility to return any product within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.

How can I return a product?

1. Log into your account, go to the "My Shopping" section, select the order you wish to return by clicking on "Order Detail". If you placed the order as a guest, you will need to request the return here and follow the same process.

2. Once in your order, click on "Return", select the items you want to send back and the reason for returning them.

3. Click on "Continue" and select how you want to return the product. There are several options:

A. Return at a delivery point through the parcel companies available in your country. You can leave the order at the most convenient point of those offered by operating companies. Cost: £ 4.90

Once you select and confirm the return method, you will receive the label attached to your email address used to place the order. Please check your SPAM folder.

If you do not receive the label please Click on this link to re-print it. Get your order number and add _RET0 at the end to fill the “order number” (i.e: GB12112023-004149914_RET0). Make sure you provide the delivery postal code, click on the track button. You can print it by clicking on the print icon. If you still cannot get your label, please contact our Customer Service Team.

B. Return to the shop. This service is free of charge for these stores. You must go with the product to one of the shops that offers this service and show the electronic ticket that we sent you by email and that you can download from your personal account. You can take the printed e-ticket with you or show it on the screen of your mobile device.

The refund for your return will be made via the same payment method you used for your purchase.

*In case of returns in a physical store, they will only be accepted if the products have been purchased in the same country.

C. Return with home collection. We collect your return conveniently at home or wherever you choose (Cost: £ 7).

Important Notice

Returned products must have all of their original tags, cannot be washed or altered in any way and must be returned in their original packaging. It is mandatory to complete the return process in your account.

For hygienic reasons, we will only accept return of swimwear unworn and with the hygiene strip.


The refund will be issued after the product has been returned to our warehouse and all return conditions have been verified and respected. The refund will be visible on your account within 15 days of the verification; times vary according to the payment method and bank.

Keep in mind that if the return takes place within the first 15 days of delivery of the order, the full amount (including shipping costs, if incurred) will be refunded, to which the return costs will then be deducted.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

To return faulty goods, please follow the process above to access your order. Once the product has been selected, select "Defective Product" as a reason for return. You can then upload a photo of the defect which will then be analyzed by our Customer Service, who will show you the correct way to proceed with your return.
