How can I make a return?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Hygiene and return conditions: items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene strip is intact and still attached.

The following return methods are available:
- Drop-off return: £4.90 will be deducted from your refund.
- Home pickup: £7.00 will be deducted from your refund.
To start your return:
1. Go to the online returns section.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Follow the instructions and select your preferred return method.

I haven’t received my return label

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the label, open the return tracking page and enter your order number followed immediately by _RET0, for example: GB12112023-004149914_RET0.

Enter your delivery postcode, select “Track” and then use the print icon to print your return label.
