How can I make a return?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items easily.

You have 15 days from the delivery date to make a return.

Important hygiene information for swimwear: For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if it is unworn, unwashed and the protective hygiene sticker is fully intact.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, unwashed, unaltered and in the original packaging. All returns must be processed through our online return procedure.

Return options:
- Return at a GLS drop-off point:
  Return costs of 5.50 € will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Home collection with GLS:
  We will send a courier to collect your return from your address. Return cost: 7.00 €.
  
  This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Download and print the return label.

Drop off your parcel at a GLS drop-off point or request a home collection.
