Why is my discount code not working?

If your discount code isn’t working, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• The code has expired.
• It hasn’t been entered correctly (make sure to respect upper and lower case and avoid extra spaces).
• The code is not valid for the items in your cart (for example, already discounted products).
• The promotion conditions are not met (minimum spend, selected items, etc.).
• Another code is already applied (only one code per order is allowed).
