How can I make a return?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items easily.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to make a return.

Hygiene and return condition information: items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the protective hygiene label is intact and still in place.

Return options and costs:
- Drop-off point return:
  A return fee of 4.90 € will be deducted from your refund.
- UPS home collection:
  The cost of home collection is 6.50 €. This amount will be deducted directly from your refund.
To start your return online:

Go to our returns section.

Enter your order number and email address.

Download and print the return label.

Drop off your parcel at a drop-off point or request a collection.

If it’s not in your spam folder, log in to your account, cancel the current return request and start a new one. The system will generate a new label.
