What is the size equivalence in Havaianas?
The vast majority of Havaianas sizes are double sizes, if you like to wear your flip flops tighter, you should select a smaller size; if you like a little extra sole, use your usual size.

We only use size S, M, L, etc. in our clothing collection. For our Flip Flops, Sandals, Slides, Espadrilles and Slippers we rely on Havaianas numerical sizes.

How to take care of Havaianas?
If you are going to store your Havaianas in a closet, we recommend interlocking them to prevent the straps from becoming deformed.
Most of our products can be cleaned by soaking them in water and soap for a few minutes. You can also use a soft (non-abrasive) sponge and then rinse with water.
For those products with leather, suede, glitter or other materials, please consult care on the specific page of the product.
We do not recommend washing Havaianas in the washing machine or with any abrasive product (bleach).

What is the difference between normal Havaianas and Slim?
Havaianas Slim have slightly thinner straps and narrower soles than other standard Havaianas. The Havaianas Slim models are our most popular ones amongst women! They are feminine models with thinner straps and soles.
Are Havaianas sunglasses polarized?
No, the sunglasses do not have polarized lenses.
- To make sure you buy only authentic products on the internet, be wary of messages like “Cheaper Havaianas” or “Discount Havaianas”; they usually advertise counterfeits.
- Havaianas has a strict distribution policy and, as a general rule, is not present in street stalls, markets or supermarkets. If you buy a pair of flip flops from these kinds of places, it's most likely a knockoff. If you have doubts about a shop, contact us to certify that it is an authorized distributor.
- All Havaianas products are manufactured or designed in Brazil. The importing company is Alpargatas Europe S.L.U. This information appears on a label that you will find inside or on the sole of the product.
- To distinguish original Havaianas from imitations, look for the Havaianas logo on any product you purchase and the hologram on the label. It is the proof of its authenticity!
- Havaianas are manufactured according to a patented formula composed of a rubber mixture. They do not smell, they do not deform and they are antiperspirant. Counterfeits can be easily recognized by the poor quality of their manufacture.

Using the store pick-up method (click & collect), you can collect your order at the stores that offer this service, within the period that we have indicated when making the purchase. This type of delivery is free.
We will send you an email when the order is ready for you to pick up at the store. To collect the order, you must show the electronic ticket that we will send you by email and that you can download from your personal account.
You can take the printed electronic ticket to the store or show the digital version through a mobile device.
If you prefer someone else to pick up the order for you, they must present the electronic ticket.
The price applicable to the order will correspond to the country of delivery of the product.
Is registration required to place an order?
